My favorite oriental rug sites #1

After a day at Emmanuels Rug and Upholstery in Seattle enjoying our liquid sunshine and cleaning oriental rugs, it's nice to chill in front of the computer with a few good websites about -
Oriental Rugs, of course! I'll list a few in several postings. My all time favorite is
Spongo Bongo, the opinions of Barry O'Connell about Oriental Rugs, history and other subjects.
Barry is a delightful person and very knowledgeable! Very extensive pages and too much information to even begin to explain.

Have fun,

Seattle rug cleaner in Iran

After cleaning rugs for a long time, I decided to take a vacation to the homeland of - you guessed it - Oriental Rugs. This is the exhibition of Handknotted Oriental Rugs in Kish, Iran held in April/ May 2008. While I had a wonderful time
and the people were very warm and hospitable I was glad to get back to cleaning rugs in Seattle at Emmanuel's.
